Virginia Park

Virginia Park was one of many areas subdivided during the land boom prior to World War I - but it developed slowly, even though the Highlands streetcar line passed through the neighbourhood. Over 80% of all structures were built before 1950. The neighbourhood contains two prominent landmarks, Concordia College and Borden Park, and the river valley is accessible directly to the south.
