Klarvatten

Klarvatten is Swedish for "clear water". The neighbourhood began to first experience residential construction in the late 1980s, but over 50% of residential construction took place in the 2000s. One of the major features of the neighbourhood is a large storm water lake and wetland-Poplar lake located in the east-central part. The storm water lake provides residents with access to an attractive outdoor amenity and provides some recreation space within the community. The neighbourhood also features several parts, connected via pedestrian pathways.
