It's that time of year again Bacon Lovers! International Bacon Day is almost upon us. This year we have partnered up with the one and only Bacon Man, Mr. Jerry Aulenbach, again, to throw a three course family style dinner, with bacon being the star of the show. Chefs Tony Le, Andrew Cowan, and I will be preparing a great assortment of concoctions, showcasing pig in all it's tasty glory! The evening will be capped off with a friendly Bacon Dessert Challenge between Chef Andrew and I. We are also very pleased to announce that we will be donating $20 from every ticket sold to The Royal Lepage Shelter Foundation.
